All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Refunds
Due to the personal and cosmetic nature of the freckle applier, all sales are final.
Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to accept any returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of all products we ship.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
Change of mind
Product not meeting personal preferences or expectations
Dissatisfaction with color, size, or freckle pattern results
Misunderstanding or incorrect application of the product
Performance differences based on skin type or user error
Damaged or Defective Items — Strict Guidelines
In the rare event that your freckle applier arrives in a completely non-functional condition (for example, empty product or defective applicator upon arrival), you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our team will review each case and may request photos or video evidence. If your item is verified by our team to be defective:
A replacement will be issued, or
A refund may be offered at our discretion.
Please note:
Only items that arrive completely non-functional or unusable are eligible for review.
Any item that has been opened, tested, or shows signs of successful application will be considered functional.
Claims submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
